Terms & Conditions

  1. All sales are final and non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. The product price indicated on the website are final and non-negotiable.
  3. The products are 100% brand new and authentic. Minor dents, marks, wrinkles, glues or scratches are absolutely normal. If you can’t accept with this, please do not purchase from us and we do not tolerate rude, fussy and impatient customers.
  4. The Product does not come in its original brand box, dust bag and authenticity cards.
  5. The product does not come with any warranty services in the event of wear and tear.
  6. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
  7. Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving damaged, wrong, or faulty products (excluding clearance products) and any reports of issues beyond the time frames will not be entertained. Customers must return damaged, wrong, or faulty products (excluding clearance products) within 5 days of the receipt date for an exchange of that item.
  8. In all cases, the products returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED with the Haute Style security tag attached, brands tags and the original packaging.
  9. Please ensure you package your returned products properly to avoid damages. The returned item will be inspected once we have received it, and we have the rights to reject the returned item if the product is damaged.
  10. We are not responsible for any lost or delay caused by the delivery company. We do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reasons. Customers must take the initiative to follow up with the courier partner. However, we will also aim to liaise with the shipping provider resolve it as soon as possible.
